       STARBUCKS BROKE MY HEART      I'm sure everyone can agree that this is the social era.  I mean almost everyone has at least one social media account, Right? RIGHT?  Now, due to social medias, people are having more meet and greets than ever before. Why STARBUCKS WHYYYY??      If you live on planet Earth, by now you've already heard the story of the two black men that were arrested for using a bathroom without ordering food. YES, it is 2018.  YES, this did just happen in Virginia.  To say the least, I am so glad that none of the men ended up dead!! THANK GOD! I must have watched that short clip of the incident a hundred times in complete awe DAMN near in tears.  Can you imagine sitting and waiting on a friend but in the interim you have to use the bathroom.  Then an employee approaches you and asks you to leave???      I am glad there were many level headed CAUCASIANS that were on the side of the Black men whom were just as bewildered as the men themselves.  This is

                     Kids Have All The Power      While visiting an elementary school, I overheard a student say, "Adults have no power, kids have all the power".  I asked him what he meant by that.  He felt that because teachers are not allowed do anything to them if they act out, teachers have no power. When I was coming up, schools were allowed CORPORAL PUNISHMENT .  I was hit for coloring outside the lines.😣😣😣  Needless to say, I was happy when CORPORAL PUNISHMENT was taken out of schools!  Wow, this young man was no older than twelve. Many teachers do feel as if they are in a Catch 22.  Some say to tell a parent their child is not doing well or is misbehaving is like signing up for a war.  Some report that many parents become easily upset with them and even believe that the teacher is the problem.   Why can't teachers talk to Parents? Is this due to so many "babies having babies"?  Do you immediately upset when a teacher is giving a not so nice report

SO, You think you are raising a respectful child?  THINK AGAIN      I recently took a break from nursing and started substitute teaching.  I mean why not, I love children.  Hunty!! Listen, Get yo Chile! Get some tea while you are at it and sit down because we need to chat! I went into a first grade class room feeling like these are the ones I would have a greater impact on.  They are corrigable at this age right? RIGHT??  🤤🤤🤤      The day started out well.  I was able to follow the curriculum somewhat.  By noon, I swore they were sundowning.😁😁. They would not listen for NOTHING!  Most adults would say... "They are six and seven year olds".  This is true.  However, times are a changing.  I will tell you why.      I used to be afraid for any adult to call my parents because there was sure to be some type of reprimand.  When my parents said, "Close your mouth when adults are speaking", they meant it.  Something about that village, it kept children in line! The Goriness behind the Rose      Women love roses.  They are beautiful and smell equally as nice.  The 🌹 today represents love and friendship.  But, do you know what the rose was initially used for? Ladies beware.  If you see a man with a 🌹 tattoo, WATCH OUT! It could have a different meaning that what you perceive.  You may see it and think how sweet! But it could mean he is sentenced to death.  Chances are this is not true today but in the 16th century, men who were sentenced to death were branded with a rose tattoo.  Whoa!   Comment Below! ❤🌷

A New App That Helps Treat Substance Abuse The reSET is an app that is NEWLY approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).      The Purpose of the app is to help treat alcohol,cocaine, marajuana and stimulant medications.  The app is NOT intended for OPIOID dependence.  It is intended to deliver behavioral therapy that will lead a person to abstain from substance abuse and encourage an increase in outpatient therapy.
