       STARBUCKS BROKE MY HEART


     I'm sure everyone can agree that this is the social era.  I mean almost everyone has at least one social media account, Right? RIGHT?  Now, due to social medias, people are having more meet and greets than ever before. Why STARBUCKS WHYYYY??
     If you live on planet Earth, by now you've already heard the story of the two black men that were arrested for using a bathroom without ordering food. YES, it is 2018.  YES, this did just happen in Virginia. 
To say the least, I am so glad that none of the men ended up dead!! THANK GOD! I must have watched that short clip of the incident a hundred times in complete awe DAMN near in tears.  Can you imagine sitting and waiting on a friend but in the interim you have to use the bathroom.  Then an employee approaches you and asks you to leave???
     I am glad there were many level headed CAUCASIANS that were on the side of the Black men whom were just as bewildered as the men themselves.  This is certainly disheartening.  Our country is preparing to go to war in Syria and we can't settle our own problems.  Our President has a lot to say about other countries but could care less about what is happening right here on AMERICAN SOIL.
     To be fair, the CEO of STARBUCKS did offer an apology and it really seems sincere.  Also, the police department where the incident took place is also looking into the incident.  THIS IN THE CITY OF BROTHERLY LOVE?? After I raced in Philly, I had nothing but love for the city and felt it lived up to its name.  For further information, please read the story.  Let's talk about this.  Let's share stories and continue to spread love.

Bird Flu found in Tyson Chicken Supplier!

A Tennessee Tyson chicken supplier had to confiscate 73,500 chickens due to Bird Flu according to the associated press.     Bird flu comes from sick birds and can be passed to humans thru airborne droplets such as a cough or sneeze. It does require medical attattent as soon as possible as it could be potentially deadly for humans.  It is treated with antiviral drugs.  Signs and symptoms are similar to having a cold/flu:  Cough, fever and sore throat.  Lab tests are required for diagnosis. What's surprising is there was a recent outbreak in China of the Bird Flu, 460 people have been infected since October according to the CDC(Center for Disease cntrol).         "THE CASE OF THE POOPY RUN"      By now, we've heard of the runner, Mikal Ekvall, that poooped himself to finish his half marathon. He finished 21st Let me say first that I respect him and applaud his finish. Afterall, the slogan is "Finish Strong". No one said you have to finish clean !😂😂😂     To those that don't know of him, you have question.  Why did this happen? and How can I prevent this from happening to me? Well, Holy Crap!
