  GIVING BIRTH TO SEXUAL HARASSMENT       JANE, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?  A coworker came to me and stated, "I feel I have to talk to these supervisors so that I can use it as ammunition if they try to fire me".  She reports the supervisor making advances to her.  However, it's not reported to HR nor a union representative.  It is then undocumented sexual harassment.      Jane, what you are saying doesn't explain anything.  Well keep reading.  This employee has only been employed for this corporation for two years.  Meanwhile, the manager has ten or more years with this corporation.   How many were there before her and how many will there be when she leaves?        This the multiplication process.  Many women remain quiet for fear of losing their jobs.  Meanwhile, the manager's ego is getting larger than life.  Her unwillingness to report him has created a vestibule for him to enter, plant his seed and grow.He is completely aware of his power and positio

Now give thanks or be thankful to be able to open your eyes.  Just think at 11:59:59, someone passed away.  Within a millisecond, someone did not make it to where you are right now.  You did the the second chance at life whether you know it or not.  Whatever you didn't get to do yesterday or years ago, you have a chance today to start anew.  Write that letter, call that love one or even start that business!        STARBUCKS BROKE MY HEART      I'm sure everyone can agree that this is the social era.  I mean almost everyone has at least one social media account, Right? RIGHT?  Now, due to social medias, people are having more meet and greets than ever before. Why STARBUCKS WHYYYY??      If you live on planet Earth, by now you've already heard the story of the two black men that were arrested for using a bathroom without ordering food. YES, it is 2018.  YES, this did just happen in Virginia.  To say the least, I am so glad that none of the men ended up dead!! THANK GOD! I must have watched that short clip of the incident a hundred times in complete awe DAMN near in tears.  Can you imagine sitting and waiting on a friend but in the interim you have to use the bathroom.  Then an employee approaches you and asks you to leave???      I am glad there were many level headed CAUCASIANS that were on the side of the Black men whom were just as bewildered as the men themselves.  This is

                     Kids Have All The Power      While visiting an elementary school, I overheard a student say, "Adults have no power, kids have all the power".  I asked him what he meant by that.  He felt that because teachers are not allowed do anything to them if they act out, teachers have no power. When I was coming up, schools were allowed CORPORAL PUNISHMENT .  I was hit for coloring outside the lines.😣😣😣  Needless to say, I was happy when CORPORAL PUNISHMENT was taken out of schools!  Wow, this young man was no older than twelve. Many teachers do feel as if they are in a Catch 22.  Some say to tell a parent their child is not doing well or is misbehaving is like signing up for a war.  Some report that many parents become easily upset with them and even believe that the teacher is the problem.   Why can't teachers talk to Parents? Is this due to so many "babies having babies"?  Do you immediately upset when a teacher is giving a not so nice report
